The Sidi Daoud plant, set up in 1824,
is one of the first canneries in the
Mediterranean Sea. Its products, fruit
of a traditional know how, bring in
all the resources and flavours of natural
products. The Sidi Daoud cannery is
specialized in processing tuna and sardines.
Thanks to our new modern production
line, we are able to process the rare
blue fin tuna ( Thunnus Thynnus) and
the yellow fin tuna.
The Sidi Daoud plant gets its stocks
of fresh sardines directly from the
various auctions of the Tunisian coasts
in the Mediterranean Sea.
